Preeti is a visual artist and designer from Kharagpur, West Bengal. She pursued her bachelor degree in Ceramic and Glass department from Kala Bhavan,  Visva Bharati, Shantiniketan, also a Postgraduate from NID

Artist note: Acknowledging and mesmerized by it since childhood has carved my path towards it. I was privileged enough to feel the experience and practice traditional art and craft from Bengal as I joined fine arts. I was introduced to the ceramic family as a student, 4 years back. With the explorations and playing with the material, I started engaging myself in studying objects and understanding its forms through this medium, combining with my interest in painting along with maintaining a balance between both functional and sculptural elements of ceramic.
I work with multiple subjects with time as change is the only constant is what I believe and always looking up to new techniques and learning to enhance further.
